No, 5722JV1 is not a chargeable product AFAIK, and I've never heard of this
happening.  I just upgraded from V4R5 to V5R2 and my 5769JV1 became 5722JV1.
Did you have 5769JV1 installed prior to the upgrade?  If so, I would contact
IBM immediately.  Or, if you're more of a do-it-yourselfer, you could always
just try loading it from your base OS CDs.
