Crunch project with a VP literally breathing down my neck...
I am hoping that the use of the one exit point will allow me to override

Rob, a wild guess. Could this relate to NAMEFMT? Check home directories 
and 
current libraries in each user profile, also that FTP attribute for 
whether 
to use home directory or current library.
