What you're looking to do is described reasonably well in the Backup and
Recovery Guide for your release.  Look in the section on removing and
adding drives.  You don't really move the data from one drive to another,
but when you a logical remove of a drive, the data will be copied to free
space on other drives.  You may need to do further balancing once your
system is back up and running.  It is all performed within DST.
