RE: Is IBM on the right track with IBM Community Tools?

I tried ICT but didn't find it particularly appealing.  Maybe I'm just
tired, but I really can't seem to get enthused over Yet Another Aimless
'Discussion' Forum.  I feel odd blasting out my questions (Skill Tap) to an
unknown audience, knowing that I'm interrupting hundreds of people.  I think
IBM would be better off to create an Official IBM FAQ site.  That way, they
can feel the pulse of what us simple coders don't understand, and direct
their publishing staff to address those needs.  Or allow professional
educators to look at the questions asked and create courses to teach.
