The #2742 or #4745 Two-Line WAN IOAs will provide two multi-protocol
ports, which could be used for this purpose.  In addition, there are a
few cards which contain one integrated MODEM and a single multi-protocol
port, which could also be used.  They would need a #0348 (20 foot) or
#0349 (50 foot) cable.

Depending on what they wish to do with the MODEM, they might want to
investigate a card with an internal MODEM and not use their old one.  It
might actually be cheaper once the cost of the cable is figured in.
