The *EASY/*FAST way is to take the option to *SCRATCH install the system
with LIC. The other alternative (on a per ASP basis - most systems are one
[system] ASP only) is to remove and throw away two DISK units in a per
parity set (per ASP). Take one home, and throw it in the garbage, throw
out the other in the garbage at the office, or at another home, or throw it
in the ocean, yada, yada, yada. Electric drills also do a wonderful job.

Does anyone know of a product or is there an existing way to sanitize disk
drives on the AS/400? The machine will be retired and we need to makes sure
there is no way to recover any data from the disks.
