I think you'd be better off giving the users their own *jobd.
You can do it very quickly via PDM, e.g.

WRKOBJPDM  QSYS *ALL  *USRPRF

F16 & set up a PDM option CJ to CHGUSRPRF &N JOBD(lib/jobd)
Then CJ against the first profile in the list, F13.
Position to Q* profiles (and your own), blank out the CJ option against
those.
Hit Enter.
