Is this twinax or lan or OPS Console (and which version of Ops Console as in
lan, direct cable, ...)?
If pc and using Client Access, are you failing on the network signin or the
green screen telnet signin?
Is the security audit running? sysval qaudctl and qaudlvl. if so, are there
journal entries for the failed attempt (check for any kind of entry, not
just
AF (auth failure).
You see no DSPLOG qhst entries at all?
Any Exit programs in place yet on this new box?
