If one does both, is there an easy way from DSPLOG to tell what times were 
for the *DBXREF?

Sample:
17:27  Message queue QSYSOPR is now in *HOLD delivery mode.
17:30  No interrupted data base object level operations found.
17:38  Journal receiver QDBJNC0131 created in library QRECOVERY.
17:38  Journal receivers QDBJNC0130 and *N detached.

06:07  Object QDBJNC0170 in QRECOVERY type *JRNRCV deleted.
09:21  Data base objects destroyed by reclaim storage operation.
11:26  File Identifier table recovery complete.
11:32  Database cross reference files processed successfully.
11:32  RCLSTG processing complete. 946155 objects processed. 107 deleted.
