Sue -

What do you mean when you say, "before I'd actually logged into ICT"?  

I'm logged in, using the ICT, I can see recent broadcasts, I am 
participating in a Freejam.  Then I started XNews, dbl-clicked the group 
and STILL get the 411.

And there's NO firewalls here at work.
