Yes via an API.  Something like QLICHGLL.

It lets you set 2 product libraries, as well as the current and user
library list.

Dear List,

I've seen occasions where I have more than one product library entry in my
library list.  Is it possible to set more than one product library somehow
or is this just caused by running a command with one product library that
executes a second command which has a different library?
