That's not PM/400, that's Service Director (aka Electronic Service Agent). 
 Yes, that uses the ECS numbers from the QESTELE data area, which are used 
in the QESCTL controller (but don't update them there, use CALL QESPHONE).

PM/400 only dials Rochester to upload summarized performance data. 
Likewise, don't update the number in the Q1PCTL, use the Work with PM/400 
customization option on the PM400 menu.

Neil - when PM400 checks your system to see if  it is current with
any needed ptf's (my machine will sometimes dial & download ptf's,
giving me a message that it did this) - what number is it dialing? the
QESPHONE numbers or thru the Q1PCTL controller? The reason
I ask is that my controller has a number (being used) that is not in
the qestele data area (which is what qesphone maintains).
