Hi 
I have worked on Synon cool 2E, & I have learned LAnsa AD.
I am sorry that I didn't know about plex. with my limited knowledge I feel
LANSA is better than cool 2E, especially in debugging.

PLEX is the new name for Synon/Obsydian (remember IBM's strategic 
direction?), so we're talking about 4GL or CASE tools here. ProGen Plus is
