400's in law enforcement

The only one I know of that even comes close is right here in Chicago.  The
city of Chicago Public Defender's office uses a 400 for casework.  A lawyer
friend of mine works in the PD's office, and she uses the machine every day.

That I can't tell you.  I know they still use OfficeVision for case document
maintainence... but I don't know about anything else.
