Scott: That depends on the setting on your pc.  The company I work for
does not have that setting on all the pcs.

Dennis:  Yes.  You can change the setting on the pc to get it to work
for .csv.  However, it become a nightmare if that is not your company
standard.  If a new user want to get the attachment, you will need to
remember to set his/her pc up.
