Yes!  That bit me when going from V4R5 to V5R1.  Unfortunately, the 
customer was
black-listed for open relay before we discovered it.  In fact, we didn't
discover until their ISP shut down their connection for spam abuse! 

If that was in the Memo to Users, I missed it.
