SBMJOB CMD(CLRPFM FILE(my_file)) -- MIDRANGE-L

Sensitivity:

The piece of CL code below deletes my_file instead of clearing it.  I've
never used "CLRPFM" in a submit job.
When I run the command interactively it clears out my_file.  Is the command 
"CLRPFM" supposed to do this in a SBMJOB command?

SBMJOB     CMD(CLRPFM FILE(my_file))
