Just for clarification, that restore is the scratch install method, and 
not just a GO RESTORE - option 21.

If you are moving to a new system you should do a Save OPT#21 and then 
restore 
to the new system. The only thing left behind would be spool files.

If you don't want to do that... then there are files in QUSRSYS that 
contain
what you want. Sorry I don't have a list handy right now.
