I appreciate your help Vern. I think I missed the PTF because
I left the limit at 50 APARS.
I applied the PTF but MGTC still fails with the same message.
Is there some sort of setup I need to do on JAVA.
I assume there is a reason why OPS NAV is starting a JAVA
process but I have no idea what.
In the APARs I find no reference to CPFB9BC.

What do you suggest I try now.
