Thanks John. I resolved this issue earlier this morning. I made all of the 
appropriate changes (CHGSMTPA), but I was still baffled. Finally on a whim, I 
did an ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*SMTP) and restarted it. That worked. All outgoing mail 
is routed to our new server.
