FWIW, I went to a dog-and-pony show that featured this product.  I really
didn't take many notes during this particular demo, but it looked
impressive.  Probably worth a look.

Clear Technologies uses a CRM which has a Domino back-end but browser/web
based front end. I do not know enough to answer all the questions about it,
