You will need to create a new ASP, then create a folder called PMSC2 in the
new ASP. Then make a copy of(or add code to) PMSCNP10 that checks for
document existence in PMSC2(as well as PMSC.) You will also need to clean
up or move a few thousand notepad entries to the new folder. In our
environment I found that 80% of our notepad entries were empty, with only
the entry date in the text field.

A longer term solution would be to find a better solution for the notepad
entries. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe that you can run this
Point environment on V5R1 or above.

Feel free to contact me offlist if you need any more details on this.

Yes, POINT is what we run. I went through and checked and the user
directories are extremely negligible.

Everything in the PMSC and pmsnotes.claims folder is what is 99% of the
problem.
