Hello Pedro,
there is a limitation through the number of plugs on the "workstation
controller box", which is 4x plugs with 7 adresses = 28 devices (sessions).
Therefore you should have 14 devices running in your config, there must
be another problem.
How is your connection to the active star "twinax hub" being made ?
You need two cables running from two ports from the 5494 to the two
inputs of the active star, otherwise only one port will work.
Are there lights active on both ports, or only on one of the banks ?
