"Guest" access is a NetServer function. It is configured in OpsNav. As you
probably know, NetServer (Windows file and print sharing as implemented on
iSeries) is what lets you get at the IFS with the network identifier.

Your PC userid/password must be identical to your AS400 userid/password

I understand NT and W2K allow you to specify the user/password used to
access a network resource. I'm not sure how to do it, though.
