Andy: Actually I don't think you need anything. I do not have software subscription NOR hardware maint. I believe on iPTF, you can order the CUME release and there is a check (could be under advanced options), that allows you to have the CDs shipped to you. I believe this is also the case if you order the CUME PTF via ECS. cjg Carl J. If you're on hardware maintenance and/or software subscription, you should be able to do this. Sorry not to be more specific, but I'm reasonably sure that support-line is not a requirement.
