We now have more than two types of ASP's to deal with and the answer to
your question depends on which kind of ASP you're referring to.

If you're referring to a basic user ASP (numbered 2 through 32) the
answer is no, you can only have libraries and their objects as well as
documents and folders (QDLS-type stuff).  The other IFS objects won't
move.

At V5Rx we also have Independent Disk Pools (or independent ASP's) which
could hold those types of objects.  Implementation varies between V5R1
and V5R2.  These are configured differently from the basic user ASP's
and can also be configured as switchable between multiple systems.
