I have to agree with Jeff.  I don't have enough computing power to calculate the
number of times I've had to go down the road of proving that we bought and paid 
for
a service contract of some sort.  They always find it, and we always get what we
need.

Conspiracy?  No.  Incompetence? Seems like it.  I don't think all that handling 
does a
whole lot for their bottom line.
