There are more issues going from V4R5 to V5R1 than there are going from V5R1
to V5R2.  Several licensed programs and options have been removed, added,
consolidated etc.  Be sure to carefully read the memo to users for both
releases.  Trigger programs at V5R1 need to be properly written.  If you do
your homework, you should have a clean upgrade.  V5R2 is a very stable
release.  We migrated from a V4R5 720 to a V5R2 820.  Our only issues so far
have been related to the migration.  If I had it to do over, I would have
taken the time (always the problem) to upgrade the V4R5 box directly to V5R2
& restore it to the 820, probably over multiple weekends.
