Starting PM/400

Here's an easy one - I just can't seem to find the answer.

This is what our PM/400 status screen looks like:

Performance monitor status:              Active
PM/400 subsystem:                        Active
PM/400 scheduler:                        Inactive
Performance data release:                Version     04 Release      5.0


Last transmission attempt:                8/29/02

How do I start the scheduler to get things rolling again - I tried the
CFGPM400 and redid all that, didn't start it.

I'm just having a brain fart today, can't seem to find the command.
