You must signoff from the Console first.
Option 21 will only work if the Console is on the signon screen.
After you end the DST option, the signon screen will once again present
itself.

Option 21 can only be set if you put the the service panel on manual, DON'T
forget te set it back tot your normal setting afterwards.

 Yes, with the key in the control panel set to manual.
 Option 21 will force the console to the DST signon display.
 This does not interrupt a running production system.

 If you are on v5r1 your password can be the extended 128 char. length.
 When setting the new v5r1 long passwords it is best to enter the PW then
Field exit until out of the input field.
