There are for some - communication objects have the RTVCFGSRC command.

For others, I think we're stuck with DSPxxxD, where xxx is the object type,
or the various 'Retrieve xxx description' APIs, then reconstruct things.
Even then, some things just are not available - esp. where ILE programs are
concerned, where the binding information is not stored in the program
object, again, AFAIK.

But things like files are pretty good - but even here, you may not exactly
match the original command, esp. where based-on members goes, but your
result can be the same.
