Client Access, ODBC Help

Can someone help me get started setting up an ODBC connection to a database.
I'm using Client Access to try and setup the connection. I'm not quite sure
how to do it. Could someone enlighten me on how to accomplish this task.
You may email me privately if you like, in case you would like to send
pictures with it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
We are using Client Express v4r5. PS I'm using Windows XP Pro also, if that
makes a difference.
