no different than on other sites. If you (the customer) want, need,
must have, etc the vendor's product because it saves you money
you will understand the argument that it is better to allow his
programs to be restored by relaxing whatever system values
need be relaxed. If you don't trust the vendor, then the situation
is also simple: don't install his product, period.

Brings up an interesting question: if all objects have observability
under V5+ then also IBM's programs that make up OS/400 have
observability. If they do not, then there is a possibility that crackers
will figure out how to ship programs without observability...
Maybe as PTFs....
