AS/400 is good as business platform. You can obtain security
at a cost (if you need it) by internal encryption of data that needs it.
This is true on any system, but the AS/400 (eh the S/38) was
designed for terminal-driven, data-oriented, transaction-type
processing (=business platform I reckon) and is still good
at it.
