Hmm... this might work.  I'll probably want to submit the chgsplfa command
to run NOW + 30 seconds, to make sure the current job is actually ended.  Or
maybe come up with a way to detect if the job is active or not.  Something
like http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/199901/msg00467.html, perhaps.
