Remote Outq

I have a variety of print writers that are all remote outqs.

10 of them point to a print server and 1 points to an actual printer with a
jetdirect card.

They are all configured to autostart.

Every Friday we IPL our system.  When I come in monday, the 10 writers
pointing to the print server are up, but the one pointing to the printer
isn't.  I just do a 2 to change and hit enter through everything and it come
sup.

Any ideas on why and where to look for clues?
