i would seriously doubt bursted continuous form will feed
in a cut sheet or laser printer, until tested in the large batches you
suggest. We are using Lexmark Optra in duplex to print large
batches of 8x14 form with an embedded Certified Mail card
(which may match your cards). The thickness and grain of
the paper gets really important in this kind of application,
and we have returned to a paper vendor a whole year's supply
for a quote at our specs, then shipping us something only slightly
different (but would always jam on the duplexer). The Post Office
also has very specific requirements and we had to have our form
certified by the Post Office, which wanted to see it run thru their
equipment as well. We mail about 250,000 pieces a year. I don't
have the exact model, but can get it. Note that several Lexmark's
did not meet the spec, or only met it in simplex, not duplex.
