Dare, that's understandable, but what about training? In the past Learning
Services would not turn the page until they had a cc number, then to turn
around and ignore it is just plain bad! In my case I guess they realized
that that is the way I signed up and went ahead and processed the cc.

I've investigated...to net, if you wanted to make a lump sum purchase, you
can use a credit card.  However, the purchasing option that you selected
was 24 monthly payments and IBM does not have an automated method to be
able to charge your credit card each month during this time period (would
have to be performed manually).  As a result, the direct charging on a
monthly basis must be placed against a bank account.
