Ah ok, I thought I might of said something in a strange way but could not
figure out what. I told both the billing office and Learning Services that
it is likely that this will prohibit me from taking training since in order
for me to get reimbursed I need a paid receipt (or it needs to be on a cc),
that's when one of the folks in the billing office said that I just need to
get it on the cc up front, because by this time I had an invoice and no way
to pay it!

Howard, I never HAVE figured out how IBM makes a decision to change their
business processes. Probably wasn't even made in the iSeries Division.

SOMEBODY, (or more likely some group of people), made a decision that
effects their customers adversely. I was sarcastically agreeing with You,
and pointing out that this decision wasn't made responsibly... The people
are probably VERY responsible, though, even though the decision wasn't.
Customers weren't notified in advance and are now ticked off.

I hear the word "ecosystem" used to describe the marketspace, a lot over the
past year or so... Changes like this one, from what I've heard on the list,
ripple out in a big way... It's like going to MacDonald's and finding out
they don't serve hamburgers anymore...!

Ah well. Same-ole same-old... Just got off nice "Chat with Citizens", and
big news (to me) was that iSeries is at the center of an IBM intra-grid
effort...!
