I've run into this, too. In Unix, I think there is
a .rexec file somewhere that can have the password. Not
in Windows, that I know of.

A different way might be to use ftp in batch on the PC -

 ftp -s:filename host

filename can have the user ID and password, as well as a

 quote site rcmd cl_command_string

and will run that command. filename could even be built
on the fly.
