We recently went from v5r1 to v5r2.  All the encryption license programs are 
in.  Everytime we either try to bring up a emulation session (telnet ssl port 
992) or ping the 400 the system just stops. (on the ping (cwbping xx.xx.xx.xx 
/ssl:1) it goes through all the ports until telnet and then hangs up). I'm not 
able to see any errors  on the 400(netstat shows the 992 port and says 
established).

Called IBM on this and they said to end and restart telnet.  That worked for 
about 12 hours and then it did it again.  Wandering if anyone else has had this 
problem?  Worked fine in v5r1.
