Very first thing I'd try is e-mailing the same to one of my personal external 
accounts, e.g., a @netscape.net account, to see if it goes outward 
successfully. Go set an account up, send to it and see if it arrives. If it 
does, you've eliminated a number of possibilities. (Make certain it's a totally 
external account, not simply sending to your company address.)

If it doesn't arrive, you've narrowed your search to something nearer your end.
