to be in an industry whre you are expected to return 15% growth in volume &
profits while your selling prices drop 60% every 2 years?

Today's NewsWire has "TWO MINUTES WITH DAVE SLATER ON THE ISERIES TOOLS
STRATEGY". In there are hints that the interactive penalty (his word for
it, not ours) might get phased out - GreenStreak was a kind of test bed for
this. WebFacing seems to have driven some of this.

We can dream, eh? Now, how about a rebate for all of us who were bilked by
earlier policies (oops, IBM doesn't have policies, only procedures).
