The library list is stored in the Process Communication Object
for the job (see the archives for the MI400 list for discussion
about where). The work management job table contains a list
of all jobs and their PCOs. A 10-20 line MI-program (which
you can make a system state program - as it must be - with
SST) can scan the table, extract the PCO, and change the
library list (actually resolved system pointers to the libraries
in the list).
