Ummm.. the hosts table is just a file.  It's set so that you can't write
to it directly, but there's nothing stopping you from writing a really
simple program that reads the table, creates a file you can transfer,
and then on the other side, just read your file and do a ADDTCPHTE for
each entry.

Though, frankly, you shouldn't have more than 5-6 entries in your hosts
table.  If you have more than that, you REALLY should be using DNS
instead.
