If your goal is to replace your installation of Client Access, the CD is
not necessary.  The iSeries Access for Windows and iSeries Access for
Web are both parts of the 5722-XW1 licensed program.  The Windows chunk
will be required for an upgrade to Client Access.  The Web components
run on WebSphere or Tomcat.  See the announcement at the URL below for
specifics.
