Thank you for your persistence in bringing the limitations of our search
capability to my attention.  I agree with your points.

I'm sure you can appreciate that elements of our Web content exist in
several formats and are hosted in different server environments.  That's
why you may experience isolated pieces of information.  We've made
progress
in eliminating some of these arbitrary boundaries with improved search and
navigation changes but, as you've pointed out, we've got work to do.

I'm investigating how we can include elements such as the iSeries Access
pages in our search.  At this point, it would be premature to predict
specifically how we will do this within our technical support web
structure.  But, your voice has been heard and is being acted on.  I'll
update you as more details are known.
