Model 150 V3R7 *DFTROUTE

Can anyone point me to something that will tell me how to setup a *DFTROUTE
on a model 150 with V3R7. I just put the latest cumulative PTF's on.  It
works fine for local host I just can not get to the Internet. I have done
this on other systems with no problems.

I can ping 63.167.147.1  the router
