They don't PRE-LOAD it!!! Grab your CDs, GO LICPGM, Option 11 and choose the 
5722-ss1 #5 and what ever else you want. Then redo your PTFs and away you go.

I am trying to start the 36 environment with a new 270 machine with v5r1
installed.  I get a command missing error with strs36.  Did the 36
environment go away along with the 36 machine?  Or is there a special
