Hear!  Hear!

I had a programmer that was upset that his job ended because he had it set
to *NOWRAP and it filled.  He requested that we change system values
QJOBMSGQFL and QJOBMSGQMX.  I asked him why his job was stuck in an
infinite loop.  After further study he fixed the problem with his program.
 But I will grant you that NEP's might be an exception.

My pleasure. Why was the job set to *WRAP in the first place? With the
rare
exception of "sleeper" jobs that hang out there on data queues to do stuff
in the background I find that *Wrap is more trouble than it's worth.
